About Abigail Bryant
Abigail is Consultancy Director at the UK’s leading archaeological and heritage company, Wessex Archaeology.
After gaining a first-class degree in Archaeology and a Masters in Landscape Archaeology from Bristol University, Abigail was a consultant on a number of long running and complex assessments, including the review of archaeology within the Environmental Impact Assessment process for Highways England. She has delivered over 300 archaeological desk-based assessments, including setting assessments, conservation management plans and other specialist heritage reports, and is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists (MCIfA).
She was a founding member of Wessex Archaeology’s Consultancy team, before establishing her own consultancy business in 2011. She returned as Consultancy Director in 2017 and heads up a large team of heritage consultants and built heritage specialists across four UK offices.
She is motivated by the challenge of finding pragmatic and sustainable solutions for clients, using heritage to add value to projects.

Join me as I explain how to unlock the value of the heritage you own.
